I had a rough night last night. I had my neices and nephew sleep over and the one had a hard time sleeping. So when my alarm went off I was greatly tempted to roll over and go back to sleep. I was watching the trees while I got my shoes on and there is no breeze at all today, the clouds look as though they are falling apart in the sky because there is nothing to move them. Anyway my first two miles were good and then the third mile kicked my butt of course that was the up hill part. After that though I felt really good and had a great run.  I just need to do some finish work on my kitchen, molding and knobs and then it is done. But as it is, it is a working kichen YEAH!

Have a great day.

To start out with I have complained about the cold and now today it was so hot so early in the morning. Nothing with satisfy me apparently. Anyway we ran out through the westfest route and it was not the easiest for me. There was a breeze coming from the east and south that kicked my butt.

Now to the positive. As we ran east I got to enjoythe sunrising and it was so beautiful. It makes me grateful to get up so early and be able to see the day start. There were no clouds in the sky and the sun slowly crept over the mountains. Great to see and enjoy.

Hopefully I will get a good nights rest and have a good run in the morning.

I did not want to get up this morning. But once I did and we got started it was a great run. I got me some new running pants yesterday and they were great. Other than they are way tighter than I am used to and I was feeling wierd in them. Oh well I'll get used to them. I love getting our run done early in the morning. Then I am ready for the day.

Go Enjoy the sunshine. It could snow tomorrow:)

Have a great day!!

Wow it is so hot outside.  We went out for a longer run today and wanted to get 9.  Fell a little short but the heat was killing me and I was so thirsty. Glad we got what we did. I struggled to keep up with Jody the entire time. She was in turbo mode today. We did the same route twice. It has a pretty good up hill grade at mile 2 and then again at mile 6. I feel like I achieved something just for getting p the hill the second time around.

Hopefully today we are going to get out crown molding on in the kitchen today and the side panels on the cabinets.

Hope all you WBR runners are doing great and surviving the heat.

Have a great weekend!!
