Personal:

I'm married with four children from 6 years old up to 13 years old. A couple of years ago I lost 60 lbs and started running to keep it off.  I now run 20 miles a week with a neighbor and enjoy the ability to exercise.

I had a rough night last night. I had my neices and nephew sleep over and the one had a hard time sleeping. So when my alarm went off I was greatly tempted to roll over and go back to sleep. I was watching the trees while I got my shoes on and there is no breeze at all today, the clouds look as though they are falling apart in the sky because there is nothing to move them. Anyway my first two miles were good and then the third mile kicked my butt of course that was the up hill part. After that though I felt really good and had a great run.  I just need to do some finish work on my kitchen, molding and knobs and then it is done. But as it is, it is a working kichen YEAH!

Have a great day.

Thanks for pushing me along today and not letting me wimp out!

Way to jump out of bed and get that run in! Enjoy the kitchen!

Hey! I am figuring how all this works! I just barely read yours and Jody's comments. Thanks for saying "hi". I can't believe the miles you and Jody put in in a week! Gosh dang, you crazy runners. (I am jealous) I miss you guys. I might just have to drive in one of these mornings and try to keep up with ya all. And lunch sounds great! I could finally pay up on that burger from the Billards I owe ya.

I know that the urge to just turn over and go back to sleep (what I term the "Snooze Factor") hits me at least once a week. But then when you get out there and a nice run or ride happens you realize 'Hey! This is what it's about! This is why we do this! :)'. Glad to see you had a nice run. Keep it up and your 5k PR is getting smashed!
