I felt really good today going out. I have been really good to not fall for a very long time, but I figured it out I need an audience. So I decided to fall right in front of some guy in the last mile of our run. No huge injuries to report other than a couple scraps and a very bruised ego. Anyway. I am off to youth conference tomorrow. so I will try to get a run in the morning and then nothing more until Friday when I get back
