Personal:

I'm married with four children from 6 years old up to 13 years old. A couple of years ago I lost 60 lbs and started running to keep it off.  I now run 20 miles a week with a neighbor and enjoy the ability to exercise.

It has been yucky weather so I have hidden away also I have been staying up late doing my kitchen remodeling so morning comes way to early. Last week I hurt my arm and it was gradually getting worse all week so yesterday I went to the doctor and I have tendonidus. So I have this brace on my arm and was told not to do any work with that hand. Which is hard when I am sanding mud and painting.  So anyway I got my run in tonight and it was so needed, the weather was great nice and cool, and the sun was setting. what a beautiful run and I felt great. Now hopefully my run in the morning is as good.

Scraping does wonders for tendonitis. I don't think putting it is a splint and not moving it is the best thing for it. Doing deep massage and ice/heat alternating is going to help alot more.

Good luck with your arm, how frustrating! Nice job on Thurs. run!
