Personal:
I'm married with four children from 6 years old up to 13 years old. A couple of years ago I lost 60 lbs and started running to keep it off. I now run 20 miles a week with a neighbor and enjoy the ability to exercise.
I was suppose to go running with Jolynn this morning and my alarm did not go off. So Hopefully I will make up for it later in the week. She was very understanding however.
I wish I could use that defense but usually my problem is what I like to call the "Snooze Button Factor"! haha. For some reason that 5 extra minutes of sleep feels so good that it turns into an hour, or I just turn the alarm off and then never get up when I should!
