Personal:

I'm married with four children from 6 years old up to 13 years old. A couple of years ago I lost 60 lbs and started running to keep it off.  I now run 20 miles a week with a neighbor and enjoy the ability to exercise.

Went out to run and it was too windy so we moved inside to the fitness center. We ran 3 miiles on the indoor track and then I finished up on the machines.  It was good to get out and get it done. I have a little sore throat and my son had strep so I hope that i am not getting it. Anyway it was probably a good think to go in out of the elements.

Rest day tomorrow before the 10k on saturday.

Have a great day!!
