Personal:
I'm married with four children from 6 years old up to 13 years old. A couple of years ago I lost 60 lbs and started running to keep it off. I now run 20 miles a week with a neighbor and enjoy the ability to exercise.
We went out with our nieghbor again today for the first half and then me and Jody added the other 2.5 miles. It was raining just lightly when we left but by the time we got home I was soaked. All in all it was a good slow run.
Thanks, Paula! Don't you just love running in the rain? I miss it. It hasn't rained here in 2 weeks! We have burn bans in effect now! I'm hoping Spring returns sometime soon! These 70+ degree days stink!
I would take 70degrees any day. I think we have only had 1 since last fall.
