I have run in a few 5k's and two 10k and one 15k.  My best time for a 5k is 25:02 minutes. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

June: Heart of Holladay 25:02  PR Yeah!!!

June: Westfest 5k  Will be gone camping

July 4: Murray 5k

July 24: Deseret News 10k

July19: Bryce Canyon 1/2 Full

August: Midnight Run

Long-Term Running Goals:

I hope to continue to stay active running and possibly improve my previous running times.

Personal:

I'm married with four children from 6 years old up to 13 years old. A couple of years ago I lost 60 lbs and started running to keep it off.  I now run 20 miles a week with a neighbor and enjoy the ability to exercise.

We went out to get 8 miles today and I wasn't sure how good I would do since I couldn't sleep last night. I think I got about 3and a half hours. but to my surprise it was really a nice run.  I had forgot that the roads were as wide as they are without all the snow pushed to the sides.  Anyway we got a bonus mile and I didn't fall to far behind Jody today so what a great start to an awesome week.

Time to start cleaning out the trailer to go camping this weekend.  Yes thats right we are crazy and go camping every year for Presidents Day weekend.  Best trip of the year.

Great run!!! You'll catch her one of these days - just keep working hard. I can't believe you are going camping - I guess having a camper makes it a little more doable. Where do you go??

We go out to horseshoe springs. Its past Tooele and out by Dugway. It is great fun.
