Personal:

We went out this morning before my daughters soft ball game and did the Harmons block It felt great and I felt like we made really good time.  The last Mile and a half I had a awful side ache that I couldn't make go away but other than that it was a great run. Hope all of you with injuries are getting better. Jody is doing great she is going to leave me in her dust again any time now.

Have a great weekend!

I hate side aches! I wish there were a magic trick we could find to keep those and other injuries away! Good job on the run!

Way to get in the run! I hate side aches, so what I have found works for me is concentrate on breathing a few times during each run, breathing every third step so I constantly exhale on a different footstep left - right - etc etc. Have found it relaxes the muscles and am less prone to side stitches.
