Running Accomplishments:

I have run in a few 5k's and two 10k and one 15k.  My best time for a 5k is 25:02 minutes. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Runs for 2008

 

June: Heart of Holladay 25:02  PR Yeah!!!

June: Westfest 5k  Will be gone camping

July 4: Murray 5k

July 24: Deseret News 10k

July19: Bryce Canyon 1/2 Full

August: Midnight Run

Long-Term Running Goals:

I hope to continue to stay active running and possibly improve my previous running times.

Personal:

I'm married with four children from 6 years old up to 13 years old. A couple of years ago I lost 60 lbs and started running to keep it off.  I now run 20 miles a week with a neighbor and enjoy the ability to exercise.

We went out and headed east this morning and the sun rise was so beautiful. It was nice to watch the sun come up as we ran. It felt good to get out his morning again with Jody. Then I came home and had to take Michela to her softball games she had 2 of them back to back so 4 hours later I am now getting warm and cleaning up the house. '

:-D I agree! Any mom out there should get some of Brent's commando points, but even more if you manage to get in a run, cleaning a house.. AND not one but TWo softball games/!?! holy monkeys! hehehe
