WOW I have been camping for so long that I have missed out on alot of running time. I am ready to get back in the swing of things. We  went out south and ran with a fun group today. They did hills and I couldn't even begin to keep up. But I felt good after taking so much time off.

Great running Paula, you will be great when you stick to a tough regime like this one. Its hard, dont be discouraged, everyone goes through the same things just remember that! You are not the only one! Keep it up.

Great job Paula! It was great to meet you. Like they say at Alcoholics Anonymous-Keep coming back it works if you work it! Okay that was a really dorky comment but really I hope to see you again.

I'm glad you came today and ran with us. That's one of our toughest workouts, so good job for hanging in there. It'll be easier next time (I promise .... ?)
