Personal:

I'm married with four children from 6 years old up to 13 years old. A couple of years ago I lost 60 lbs and started running to keep it off.  I now run 20 miles a week with a neighbor and enjoy the ability to exercise.

Todays run was really good other than it was 34 degrees which is great if it is February but not April. Anyway my hamstring is sore today. Im not sure if I pulled it on Saturday or what. Luckily its not to bad I was able to work through it and by the end of our run it was a lot looser. Now I am stretching it so hopefully it will not act up again tomorrow.

Anyway it was a great start to the week.

We all thought we'd be enjoying at least temps in the 40s by now didn't we? I think the week is suppose to continue to get better and better. If only we don't get slammed down again!
