Today we tried a new route that kept us for the most part off of the main roads and icy sidewalks.  It was veruy cold out today. Now I get to take a long HOT shower yum.

Enjoy your runs!!

Glad you were able to have a good/safe run this morning. 7 miles in these freezing temperatures is pretty impressive - good job.

Welcome to the blog Paula! You have been getting in good mileage this week.

Congratulations on your accomplishments so far, as in losing the weight, having four children, etc. Were your races this past year?

Make sure you check out the discussion forum, it has some fun discussions. There is a link on the top bar of the blog.

Michelle: Thanks for the welcome! I haven't done alot just a few 5k's locally. But I enjoy to just to get out and be part of the action. My main goal is to beat my running partner, which will never happen. Gives mye something to shoot for and her incentive to kick my butt.

Andee: Luckily Im usually not awake when we leave to go running or I would probably see the logic in more sleep. It was a great run though today. The cold was not as bad as I antisipated it being.Mainly because I was numb by the end.

Enjoy your lunch!
