Personal:
I'm married with four children from 6 years old up to 13 years old. A couple of years ago I lost 60 lbs and started running to keep it off. I now run 20 miles a week with a neighbor and enjoy the ability to exercise.
Once again just a beautiful morning for a run. I think I could really grow to enjoy this temperature all year long. No more snow!! Hopefully everyone elses run is just as enjoyable today. If you haven't got out do it and enjoy the warm weather!!
Paula, good to hear from you. I seen you at the Race for the Cure, headed off to the goodies area. Was that race a zoo or what. Good cause.
I noticed you are running the Bryce Half, me and Sylvie will be done there, hope to be running by then.
