Personal:

I'm married with four children from 6 years old up to 13 years old. A couple of years ago I lost 60 lbs and started running to keep it off.  I now run 20 miles a week with a neighbor and enjoy the ability to exercise.

My computer has been on the fritz so the internet has been hit and miss, so I finally have it up and running and better hurry and get my run logged. We did harmons regular and it is mainly flat for the first mile and a half. Then there was a slight uphill that wasn't as bad as I remembered. Then on 41st there is a little uphill and it always mentally kicks my butt. I think after I get up the hill I'm done with incline and then I have 41st to go and I slowed down. The last mile and a half are down hill and Jody really kicked it in so I just tried to stay close to her. All together though I felt really good. I'm looking forward to tomorrow slow and low miles YEAH!! Then its off to scout day camp with the cub scouts.

Have  a great day!

Thank you so much for pushing me today. On a day I really didn't want to let alone work hard you really made me get after it.
