Running Accomplishments:

I have run in a few 5k's and two 10k and one 15k.  My best time for a 5k is 25:02 minutes. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

June: Heart of Holladay 25:02  PR Yeah!!!

June: Westfest 5k  Will be gone camping

July 4: Murray 5k

July 24: Deseret News 10k

July19: Bryce Canyon 1/2 Full

August: Midnight Run

Long-Term Running Goals:

I hope to continue to stay active running and possibly improve my previous running times.

Personal:

I'm married with four children from 6 years old up to 13 years old. A couple of years ago I lost 60 lbs and started running to keep it off.  I now run 20 miles a week with a neighbor and enjoy the ability to exercise.

I was going ot go running last night but I ended up with only one of my four children home with me so we made cookies and watched a movie together. It was nice to have that time together and there is always time to run later. The kids are only young once Right! Anyway today we kept it slower than usual which was a nice end to the week. I am leaving for vacation this afternoon so it was good to get up and have a nice mellow runa and get the blood flowing. My computer keeps going down each day after about 8:30 in the morning until about 8:30 at night. Comcast thinks its my modem I say someone is messing with something. So I have to hurry and do all my computer work early or wait til late. What a pain!

You'll probably get this when you get back but thats a bummer about your computer. Hopefully its not a totally awesome computer lol. Hope you run while your on vacation, I like running in new places.
