I have run in a few 5k's and two 10k and one 15k.  My best time for a 5k is 25:02 minutes. 

Short-Term Running Goals:

Runs for 2008

 

June: Heart of Holladay 25:02  PR Yeah!!!

June: Westfest 5k  Will be gone camping

July 4: Murray 5k

July 24: Deseret News 10k

July19: Bryce Canyon 1/2 Full

August: Midnight Run

Long-Term Running Goals:

I hope to continue to stay active running and possibly improve my previous running times.

Personal:

I'm married with four children from 6 years old up to 13 years old. A couple of years ago I lost 60 lbs and started running to keep it off.  I now run 20 miles a week with a neighbor and enjoy the ability to exercise.

I have no excuse for myself. Other than I was having a pitty party for myself all night, because I have to go do Jury Duty today,  and I could not sleep.   Then when my husband got home he told me how windy it was outside so I bailed on Jody.  I should have went running because it is actually beautiful outside and I will feel guilty now all day.

Well hopefully all goes well at Jury Duty and back at the run tomorrow. No more bad morning. Sorry Jody!!!!

It's okay - I ended up resting my achilles this morning. I am however thinking about going later tonight if it feels okay. Let me know if you are up for it.

It is snowing like MAD!!! Call me after YW and we can decide. I would like to go if the weather is okay.
