The race this morning was great it wasn't too hot and it started early enough that it didn't warm up along the way. I felt really good throughout the race other than I had a bad headache. we met and visited with some of the other blog people. We decided to take off before the awards which turned out good because I came home and went back to sleep for a couple hours. My head ache is now gone and I am so happy about my time. It is a PR. I shaved about 3 minutes off of my previous time for a 10k. When my chip time comes in hopefully it will be below 51 minutes. Who knows we will see.

Congratulations to all the runners today!!

Great job! Pr's are so much fun and thanks for the ride. I took off pretty quick after the race because I didn't want to get stiff before trying to make it back to the family.

Congrats on the PR Paula!! You're doing so wonderful! I've done this run in the past, its a fun one with all the people lining the streets at the end, spraying water, etc. How fun!
