I did the salt lake 5k today and I felt really good but there were so many people that the first mile was so crowded I didn't feel that I could really make great time after that I really got going and it was overall a great run.  The weather was ideal for it and they had great treats at the end. .  Hopefully all of you that did the half and full marathon had a great time and got some great PR's. This was a PR for me by 23 seconds. I was hoping for under 25 but maybe next time.

Have a great weekend.

Nice run today! It is a challenge to run your best when there are so many runners in the way!

Paula, is this not a PR for you? 100 commando points for the PR in a darn crowded race. I pass all the 5Kers on the bike yesterday, what a crowd.

Stay Kool, race another 5K, B of BS Rools out

Nice job on a PR! You will get under 25, no doubt! Good work!
