Today was the last of  the race series that we did out at the saltair.  I felt pretty good going into the day, but I wasn't looking forward to the flat monotony of the course. Once I got started running however I felt great and had a really good run.  I enjoy getting to see all the other bloggers and listening to their times. Now I will have to find another run to do.

Have a great weekend!  Hopefully the storm tomorrow wont hit very hard and the snow will stay  away!!!!

Great job Paula! I missed being there to chat with everyone! Think about Strider's Half Marathon on April 5th. There should be a good slue of bloggers at that one! Maybe even enough for an official pre or post race blogger party.

Paula, good to see you and Jody again. Yes, come to the striders half, you will love it as compared to the 15K today. Very nice pace today, you looked great. Your WOW running has really paid off.

Good job today. I think you can run faster than you think you can, you just have to train for it.

Great job Paula! Have you thought about running the Striders Half Marathon on April 5th? It would be fun to meet you in person.

thanks for all the feedback. I wont be doing the striders in april but i will be at the salt lake half. One is enough for me. I should probably push myself and get me speed up but I enjoy my comfort level I am at and Im affraid I will burn out if i push it too much. Who knows maybe I wil surprise myself and up my speed now that the snow is melting. It was great to see you all there. Maybe I will come cheer you all on at the Striders in April.
