I was really hoping for under 55:00. so to get this time was a great time.  I now have a base time for a 10k to try and improve.  I was dreading doing the run today because the course is so monotinious. But It was actually a very nice run. It was clearer out today so you could see all over the lake and over to Davis county which had a awful haze going on.  Anyway it was great to see so many from the blog out running and to meet so many of you.

Sunday is a day off and we are back at it on Monday.

Have a great day!

Paula, very nice to chat with your about running. Great time, out and back courses are tough mentally, great job on a PR (100 commando points). You have really earned this PR being one of the WOWs. See you in two weeks for the 15K. Hey, you and Jody, glad to see your going to get the blogger uniform.

Stay cool, rerun, have fun, B of BS Rools out.
