I have run in a few 5k's and two 10k and one 15k. My best time for a 5k is 25:02 minutes.

Long-Term Running Goals:
I hope to continue to stay active running and possibly improve my previous running times.
Personal:
I'm married with four children from 6 years old up to 13 years old. A couple of years ago I lost 60 lbs and started running to keep it off. I now run 20 miles a week with a neighbor and enjoy the ability to exercise.

Yeah I did it. I have slowed my running speed down sygnificantly since the first of the year. So I was hoping for under 2:10 but wasn't sure I could do it. So I am happy with the time.
