I have run in a few 5k's and two 10k and one 15k. My best time for a 5k is 25:02 minutes.

July19: Bryce Canyon 1/2 Full

Long-Term Running Goals:
I hope to continue to stay active running and possibly improve my previous running times.
Personal:
I'm married with four children from 6 years old up to 13 years old. A couple of years ago I lost 60 lbs and started running to keep it off. I now run 20 miles a week with a neighbor and enjoy the ability to exercise.
Jody, Renee and I went over to the fitness center and back this morning. My knee is giving me aches to have to deal with. Hopefully it will get better now that I have my new shoes.
My knees are the first thing to tell me that I need a new pair of shoes. It's amazing what a difference it can make! Good job today!
